What Causes Vaginal Irritation And Soreness With Fever?
My three year old daughter has developed a extensive skin irritation in her vaginal area. It is very red, but there are also little sores that look like small pustuals. She has been running a fever since last night as well. Not sure if the two are related, but she is now complaining significanty that the area hurts and does not want anyone touching it. Could this be more than just a run of the mill rash?

Hi,
It seems that there might be having napkin rashes due to diaper leading to secondary bacterial infection.
This can be due to having worm infestation as well.
She might require one course of antibiotic medicine like Amoxicilin for 3-5 days.
Apply antibiotic cream after proper cleaning.
Keep her local hygiene clean and healthy.
