What Causes Vaginal Dryness And Low Libido?

For women who are able to ejaculate during interourse, when they age and loose their ability to have moisture in their vaginal area just due to surgery and lose their libido with age, can not having the frequent ejaculations of their younger sexual years cause belly bloating and moisture retention. Would frequent self induced ejaculation by her be something she should now consider to keep the juices flowing and for her sexual health in all areas both physical and mental? I want to know for my wife s interest and her concerns about her dryness and lack of desires?

Topical estrogen & hormonal therapy work well for vaginal dryness. Some lotions containing olive or coconut oil, avocado or aloe vera can be used as a lubricant. She should take some vitamin (vitamin E & B along with iron folic acid & zinc) supplements. Addictions if any need & douching/scented soaps should be avoided. Vaginal estrogen can be locally used in the vagina like Premarin cream, Vagifem & Estring work well. Let her visit her gynae & get pelvic examination done.
