By clinical per vaginal examination we cannot see the uterus, only we can see upto the cervix. So according to your description I am thinking that your doctor might have noticed few spots on the vaginal mucosa and / or cervix. The possibities are strawberry spots like appearance can be seen on vaginal mucosa and cervix in trichomonas vaginalis infection. Sometimes cervical erosion or nabothian follicles due to chronic cervicitis can present as spots. As you have taken treatment for infection and also got tested for cervical cancer if the report is normal no need to worry. Fibroids are usually benign lesions and turning into malignancy is very rare, prostate is only related to males. If you are not having any gastrointestinal symptoms no need to worry about colon cancer. But you can take routine regular checkups. Hope I have answered your query.
