General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your problem can be:
- An allergic reaction to condom in case you are using it.
- It can be presence of trichimonal infection to your boyfriend.
He needs to be checked and given a course of specific medicine which I feel you should also have to cure the episode after each sex.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
