What Causes Vaginal Bleeding While On Ovuloc?

Hello doctor, I had started usind ovuloc of tablets from one month.for the first month I started taking them on 5 th day of my periods.and it was a 28 days cycle.the same I had started in the second month , after 3 doses I missed it for 3 days. Even I started taking it on 4 th day I started bleeding.when I consulted doctor she advised to throw away the old one and start using new one on 5 th day of ur bleed.I am confused as the bleeding do not stop, whether I should start it from 5 days break or how long the bleeding continues. I am 35 years old. And I am prescribed for regulating my periods as they are 25 days cycle earlier.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Slight bleeding can happen with Ovulac and generally it will settle by itself. If symptoms persist you can consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
