Hello,
Thanks for letting us know of your health concern. I have gone through your query and would like to offer you some suggestions. Firstly, you should get the cough treated. Secondly, it is not natural to bleed with cough. Either you have had an unusual period due to the infection, or there is some local pathology causing the bleeding due to pressure. I wish to suggest a proper clinical exam, rule out local causes like polyps of the cervix and vagina and get a sonogram of the pelvis to know if there are any cysts on the ovary and the status of the pelvic organs. Styptics should be given to slow/arrest the bleeding and further management planned. Take care.
