I had sex with my girl friend who claimed to be a virgin and my penis penetrate freely without no blood, few hours later she called and start complaining of pains in her vagina and bleeding, is this possible ? She keeps complaining of the bleeding for over 6 days and she is not menstrating... Please can this be true ? If yes what is the solution to stop the bleeding .
Hello dear Understand your concern Following are the causes of vaginal bleeding after sexual intercourse: Vaginal infections (gonorrhea, chlamydia) Rough sex which lead to injury to superficial venous plexus of cervix Cervical/enomestrial dysplasia, cervical cancer, cervical ectropion, cervical/uterine polyp, fibroid and urinary tract infections. I think hymen rupture is not there as it cause just minor bleeding and not continue for 6 days. I advice you to consult the gynecologist and get the done following examinations: Swab test, PAP smear, endometrial biopsy, vaginal examination, USG scan, STD screening by DNA probe test and NAAT test, CBC, . Treatment will depend on thee cause: Doctor may provide trnexameic acid, antibiotics etc. Hope this may help you Best regards Dr. Sagar
