What Causes Vaginal Bleeding During Pregnancy?
A pregnant woman who has had no prenatal care has not had a period for 6 months. She has called the OB/GYN clinic to schedule an appointment because she has had vaginal bleeding. She continues to feel fetal movement. What might you say to the patient to reassure her during this stressful time?

I am sorry for the problems this woman is going through. I think she should go to ER as soon as possible as she is having vaginal bleeding. We do not underestimate vaginal bleeding during pregnancy.
So, better to go to ER. She might have abdominal pain, so should prevent possible abortion.
