What Causes Vaginal Bleeding During Pregnancy?

Hi , I'm 14 weeks pregnant and from 12 weeks I'm bleeding , first was very heavy bleeding but now it is less but it is red / brown bleeding. It is very smelly now . I can feel my baby is well . I have no got any pain so please tell me what is it . Thanks

Hi,
Bleeding in early pregnancy mostly due t hormonal changes in body. Since you are bleeding from 2 weeks then I suggest you visit a gynecologist and get ultrasound scan to know baby well being and placenta position. If everything normal doctor would advice progesterone contains hormone medication to avoid miscarriage. Until I suggest you take complete bed rest, avoid travelling.
