General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern
Vaginal bleeding in between period called intermenstrual bleeding and following are the causes:
1. Ovulation bleeding: due to ovulation some time bleeding will occur
2. Hormonal imbalance or dysfunction: estrogen and progesterone imbalance , PCOS-hormone do not function properly
3. Cervical erosion
4. Pregnancy problem: ectopic pregnancy and miscarriage
5. Effect of oral contraceptive pill
6. Stress
7. endometrial and cervical polyp and rarely non cancerous growth
8. Vaginal infections/infection of reproductive organ: chlymadia, gonorrhea, bacterial vaginosis

You have to consult the gynecologist for proper management after investigations like Vaginal examination, swab test for infections, urine test and culture, PAP smear, USG scan.
Management depend on the cause of treatment.
Avoid stress and take healthy diet, fresh fruits and do regular exercise like walking and medication.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
