What Causes Vaginal Bleeding Along With Nausea And Fatigue?

Hi I started bleeding last Friday and it was a dark color but over the days it s became dark red and light red and watery now it s beginning to be a bright red flow with blood in it how long will this last ? I got the shot last month I ve also had cramps nausea and fatigue

dear
as we see the bleeding although normal but must be monitored carefully.
For such repeated complains of patients we usually get a sonography done.
more over bleeding is also a bit irregular in extreme conditions like menarche (starting days) and peri menopausal. (end days) . please do also check your blood pressure aswell, as continuous bleeding might be leading to lowering of blood pressure associated with nausea.

also we shold rule out hormonal changes.
plz do consult a o& g specialist for further opinion.
