What Causes Vaginal Bleeding Along With Mood Swings And Insomnia?

I am 57 years old, and have not had a regular period since 2010, this month I have had a menstrual cycle like I normally did when I was having them only lighter than normal. I have had the irritablility and moody behavior along with sleeplessness, No pain and no itching and no discomfort.

I have gone through your query. Irregular menstrual bleeding is normal in perimenopause time. Hormonal imbalance can give mood swings sleeplessness etc. It is better to go for a gynecology consultation and ultrasound examination as well as checking hormone levels.
