What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Intercourse?

i am a 45 yrs old woman. i never had any problems in my cycles. however since past one year or so, I am having minor bleeding after intercourse. This month, I had my periods after 15 days. The bleeding was relatively heavy. I was feeling very weak. So I have been taking a tablet of Trapic-MF, once daily . I notice some bleeding after alomost 22-23 hrs after I have taken the tablet and then I take another tablet. I am travelling, hence am doing this. Please suggest a remedy. I will be travelling for the next 2 days.

Hi, I think you should take the pause MF tablet 3 times per day. It will stop the bleeding. Consult a gynecologist for complete examination. Get a pelvic examination done to rule out any cervical pathology. It can be due to some infections also. You may need some antibiotic and antifungal drugs orally as well as vaginal to treat that. Also get a thyroid profile and prolactin level and a ultrasound done to see if there is any other cause of this.
