General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Vaginal bleeding after the intercourse could be due to cervix/endometrial dysplasia, pelvic inflammatory disease, STDs, vagianl dryness, polyp.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo vaginal examination, reproductive hormone analysis, USG scan, STD screening test to confirm the cause
Specific treatment will depend on the cause and test result.
Avoid rough sex, use K-Y lubrication gel during sex, maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
Infection require antibiotic and anti-inflammatory drug
Hope this may help you

Contact further if follow up needed.
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
