What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Intercourse?
Over the last month I ve noticed bleeding between my periods, and it sgett ing to where I mnow bleeding after havingg sex the last episode was just today, Ihad cramping during sex and right after i passed a small blood clot and bled as if iIwere in the middle of a heavy period, but no more cramping. I ve never had this kind of problem before and Ihad a tubal lligatio . 5 years ago. Should Ibe con cerne ?

Bleeding after intercourse is ALWAYS a matter of concern. The reason may be some polyp, cervical tumour or mucosal diseases. You need speculum examination by a gynecologist to see the cervix (the mouth of the uterus) and further tests depends on it. then we can decide the treatment plan. But never never ignore this issue.
