General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I would recommend you to see your doctor as there is no direct relation between the pelvic fracture and the vaginal bleeding outside of a trauma.

There are two reasons for this: one is to make sure you are not loosing too much blood and developing anemia (CBC test will be needed in this case) and the other reason to see the doctor is to have a vaginal examination and possibly a transvaginal ultrasound to make sure all is well.

I hope this answers to your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards,

Dr. Antoneta Zotaj,
