What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After A Hysterectomy In An Elderly Person?

I am a 77 yr old woman, with no uterus, hysterectomy at age 3o. Sincew jan 2015 i have been bleeding frm the vagina. On & off since then, a long period in 2015 with no bleeding, but this January it began again and has been prettyn constant for the past 3 1/2 months. What could be causing this?

this can be some inflammatory cause pap smear of cervix is recomanded.can get checked by gynechologist for pv examination and identify bleeding location for examination and advise on treatment.
