General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the feeling of uterus tightness indicates ligament or muscle spasm concerning pelvic region. However, if there is ultrasound report of abdomen and pelvis is available, kindly share with me immediately for further discussion.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
