What Causes Urine Odor, Dizziness With Syncope And Vomiting?

Im a 24 yr old woman. weigh 126ib. I have recently started haveing foul smelling urine, i also have random hot flashes followed by dizziness and vomiting. the hot flashes and vomiting has started scince i had my daughter 2 years ago which acually resulted in passing out once when i was home alone with my new born. Over the last year has been when my urine has had a strong smelling odor, I eat well and am incredibally active. I have been more sick with small colds in the last year then i ever have been in the past. I am on a few medications, tricyclen 28, lamisil, and valtrex daily. my doctor keeps telling me its stress which i dont believe as i am less stressed now then i have been in the past?
