What Causes Urine Leaking While Coughing And Sneezing Inspite Of Having Male Sling Implant?

hi i had a male sling inplanted just over 12 months ago,even thou i an better,i am still leakinging when coughin, snesseing or lifting,i wear 1 or 2 pads daily would it be better for me to have the artifical sphicter,when i am relaxed at home i am nearly dry my age is nearly 60yrs old
