Geriatrics Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your clinical history and query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Recurrent infection often leads to chronic infection.
2. short urethra, immunosuppression, non-hygiene are few causes which causes commonly infection.
3. Take plenty of water, get yourself treated after culture and maintain good hygiene.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
