General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Urinary tract infection is caused due to bacterial infection of mucosal lining of urinary system.
Based on your urine examination report, it is evident that you have urinary tract infection as the number of pus cells is quite high.
You can overcome the infection by taking a course of appropriate oral antibiotics. It is essential for you to get cured of the infection as you are stating that you have been trying for the baby.
Kindly get your urine culture and sensitivity test done to know what organisms are causing infection and which antibiotic would be effective to treat the same.
Kindly consult Urologist with the report for further management and advise.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best and wish you good health.
Regards,
