Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The symptoms indicate possible calculus in the urinary system with referred pain to anal region.

After adequate bowel preparation, an x-ray KUB or ultrasound of abdomen and KUB helps in working out diagnosis and definite management guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
