What Causes Urinary Incontinence?
My 90 yr old father had a supra pubic performed 8 weeks ago & in the past 3 weeks developed a serve leakage (urine) problem. He has already tried Oxybutynin which did not work. For the past week he now is taking Tolterodine & that has yet to work neither. I know there are several more antimuscarinic & antispasmodics still available if the Tolterodine does not do its job. My questions is, if we need to try all the other meds available & they too do not fix the problem then what other options are available?

Consult a urologist and get evaluated. We have to rule out prostate enlargement and bladder related problems.
His current tree is on the right track and if the symptoms persist, permanently catheterization may be required.
