What Causes Urinary Incontinence?

my dad had an endoscopy in another country and the report is very difficult to read, however what i could make out is that there are lesions. he is a drinker for over 65 years and is about to turn 74 years. He is wearing diapers since he can t hold his urine. the report ruled out prostate cancer is it safe to assume that there are lesions on his prostate that is causing the leakage?

Hello
As per your description of the clinical symptoms, we need to focus more on his gastric pathology( the lesion). This is what I feel is a more serious issue and needs immediate attention. Biopsy and HPE report will confirm the diagnosis.
However regarding urinary incontinence ( if carcinoma prostate or any metastasis is ruled out), it is a very common geriatric problem in male. It could be a pathology of the urinary bladder or benign enlargement ( hypertrophy) of the prostate. You need to consult an Urologist to get the diagnosis and further management.
Thank you.
