hi, I have been having trouble holding my urine. leak some throughout the day and wake from a deep sleep needing to immediately urinate (almost wetting the bed. This is accompanied with lower back and lower adominal pain. When my bladder is full it sometimes is uncomfortable, painful. if my bladder is full and I urinate, my lower abdomen is painful for a while after

You need to do a urine test and examine your bladder and kidney for further evaluation by a local doctor.
If you are a male your prostate should be careful examed to rule out any big prostate .
