What Causes Urgency While Urination And Pain In Scrotum?

I ve had urgency urinating and pain in in and around the scrodum. Today I began drinking cranberry juice and took an o.t.c urinary pain relief. 3 hours later I urinated bright orange and there is still pain and stinging at the tip of the penis. Should I stop using the o.t.c.? And should I go to my doctor immediately?
