I have recently been prescribed adderall IR at a dose of 15mg twice daily. Since I ve started this, I ve not really experienced many of the negative side effects people warn you about except 1. Towards the evening, I find that I constantly feel like I need to urinate. When I go, it is extremely hard to get any urine to come out. When it does, it is just a dribble unless I have a lot of water in my system. Either way though, once I finish I have to stand there and shake it for a while or it will leak a bit when I walk away. Then when I leave the bathroom, I immediately feel like I have to go again. I will feel like I m leaking and sometimes even do leak a bit. So I head back to the bathroom and the cycle repeats. This will usually go on from about 6pm until 3 am. No matter how little or how much water I drink, the issue persists. I have to take OTC sleeping pills or the issue keeps me up all night. If I take a break from adderall the issue goes away so I m certain it is the cause. My quality of life off of adderall is horrible though so that s not an option really. How can I resolve this issue?
