Hi! I am researching blood sugars, taking my measurements with a meter. I have MTHFR, which means problems excreting toxins, and understand that sugars are toxins. I have foggy brain and suspect fatty liver disease from a lifetime of eating too much sugar. I have urgency to pee and dry mouth. What is a good level for blood glucose?

Normal glucose levels are less than 100 mg/dL. If your glucose levels are more than that. Considered as a diabetes mellitus. Please consult diabetologist for further management.
