What Causes Upper Stomach Pain And Dizziness?

I m 30 year old female and the past two days my upper stomach has been aching. It feels like the skin is torn and the pain comes and goes all day.. Sometimes I get dizzy. I was looking for relief so I done a salt water cleanse and it took for ever for it to work but after I released I looked at it and it looked like I had little lines in it.. Like where the water flushed me out. They wasn t moving and they didn t break open. But the day before I at spaghetti and it had crushed tomatoes.. And it kindly looked like the skin off a tomatoes. But I thought surely I chewed my food up better than that.. Hope I didn t gross u out, but plz help

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of pain in the upper abdomen, forceful emesis with salt water which showed some red line in it.
The most probable causes are:
It appears that the pain in the upper abdomen so bad that you felt like the skin getting torn part can be due to severe gastritis and the forceful/induced vomiting caused the blood to be seen as streaks.

I would advise you the following:
Get an appointment for an early upper GI Endoscopy.
Ultrasonography to rule out other related problems like gall bladder disease, or of pancreas and liver.
Consult your Doctor to get started with a PPI like Omeprazole and an antacid and further investigations and treatment as per the cause found.
