What Causes Upper Right Back Pain?

I have a right lower pulmonary posterior abuts pleural nodule shown on CT scan. It had been unchanged from the previous one 6 months earlier. I am 38 years old, don t smoke. I have no symptoms like cough or shortness of breath. I do have some upper right back pain (in between shoulder blade and spine), kinda right where the trigger point is so I been thinking its muscular for awhile now but I m worried it could be something more.
