Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,Welcome to healthcare magic. After going through your query I think You are suffering from muscular pain upper back due to a pulled muscle.Treatment of it is rest and analgesics (diclofenac three times a day after meals). Sometimes strong analgesic(such as ultracet three times a day after meals) is required. OMEPRAZOLE before meals prevent acidity caused by analgesics . You can discuss with your treating Doctor . It may take a week time to relief. .I think your query answered.Welcome to any follow up query
