What Causes Upper Back Pain, Fever And Headache?
I have upper back pain achiness all over slight fever and my head hurts really bad. Trying to figure out what s wrong the last time I had these symptoms and a little bit more intense and I had viral meningitis just want to make sure I m not going down that road again

I want to know if there is neck stiffness with high-grade fever? If yes then you should get properly examined and ruled out for viral meningitis. If these symptoms are not present then it can be an only severe migraine.
