What Causes Unusually Prolonged Menstruation Along With Dizziness?

I have been on my period for 12 days now. It is light and semi heavy during the day. I also have been experiencing dizzy spells for 4-5 days now and getting worse. I can t even drive anywhere let alone do my regular daily schedule because just the movement of my head causes me to get so dizzy with blurred vision and a weird non painful throbbing in my head and eyes. What is wrong with me?

I have understand your concern

dizziness is because of blood loss , reduced blood volume and reduced blood flow to the brain and one more thing is anemia secondary to blood loss

you are having menorrhagia with increased duration of bleeding

menorrhagia may be because of fibroid uterus or dysfunctional uterine bleeding

I can suggest you to get done
CBC
to see HB levels
check BP levels

depending on that we have to decide about blood transfusion and I V drips

meanwhile I can suggest you to take tab.pause 500mg thrice daily till your bleeding stops
