Yes please, several times today i have had a feeling of something like a rush, or flush throughout my body. It leaves me feeling like im trying to catch my breath, kind of like an instant high rush? Lol and i am not on drugs, also a feeling of deja vue? Really weird. Also my irises are contracted. When its over in several seconds, im tired

The symptoms seem to be related to hot flushes. They are commonly related to hormones changes. So, I suggest to check:
