What Causes Unequal Scrotum?
hello docotor, I am 21 years and i have a problem with my scrotum on right side which is bigger than as normal. I have gone to surgeon and he told that there but is no problem until and unless you have a pain..but I am feeling uncomfortable with it. can u please suggest me how to overcome this problem?

Thanks for query.
It is not abnormal to have one testicle bigger than its counterpart .
It has significance only if one has pain in testicle or it is abnormally large .
Please get your Ultrasound Scanning of the scrotum done to rule out presence of any fluid (Hydrocele) on Rt side .
You may take antibiotic like Doxicycline along with anti inflammatory drug Diclofenac twice daily for a week.
