What Causes Uncontrollable Cough That Leads To Vomiting?
Im having an uncontrollable cough, its so bad and violent that i nearly throw up. I cough so much that my throat is sore and im having trouble speaking. Im coughing up greenish grey mucus (very thick). Im fatigued and have a low grade fever. Having some deep sharp pain in my left lung for hours. These symptoms have been going on for 2 days now. having trouble breathing a bit. I do not smoke so what could it be
YOur cough might be due to the infection in the throat or lower respiratory tract which causes bouts of cough. the greenish mucosa usually indicate an allergic reaction so check for asthma or cough variant asthma, pain in chest is may be due to long bouts of cough and are not significant if occurring after cough, Treatment of cough will help you, an antiallergic tablet, inhalers with locally acting steroids and broncho dialators will certainly help. Do visit your family physician before starting medication to rule out any other problems
