What Causes Uncomfortable Feeling And Twitching In Head While Laughing Or Crying?

Ever since a couple years ago when I found out I had Narcolepsy, during the cataplexy spells, when I laugh or cry, I would get this really really uncomfortable feeling in a certain part of my head. And yes, it feels like it s my brain. It s always like around the top right of my head but once it was farther back. Also after about 10 seconds of this feeling, my head twitches on it s own like 3 times every 10 seconds. This was when I first started having these problems. But lately it s been getting worse. The feeling has gotten more uncomfortable to where sometimes I even want to cry when I m laughing because it s so uncomfortable. Also, now I twitch about 6 times every 10 seconds. I m really really concerned.

You should submit for a neurological examination which will likely involve ordering an MRI of the brain as well as an electroencephalgram for what could be a disorder called GELASTIC SEIZURE DISORDER. Please rate this a 5 STAR ENCOUNTER and write me at: www.bit.ly/drdariushsaghafi for more information or to ask questions.
