What Causes Un-rested Feeling With Headache And Disorientation After Sleeping?

I am a 34 year old other wise healthy woman that is fit and healthy. For the past two weeks I have been waking up feeling unrested with a intense but dull head ache that is leaving me dizzy and disorientated. I have been getting 10 hours of sleep a night and having naps during the day. I was feeling a bit better yesterday and went to the gym for a light work out. but now this morning every muscle in my back and legs aches and my head ache is really bad. I am waiting on blood tests but I am feeling anxious as I have no understanding of that is going on. Do you have any suggestions on what might be the cause or ways to eliviate the symptoms.

Hello,

You may be suffering from chronic insomnia or fatigue syndrome or infection or anaemia or hypothyroidism or electrolyte imbalance or fibromyalgia etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Get it done, ESR, CRP, uric acid, ANA, thyroid profile and blood sugar levels. Use tablet paracetamol thrice a day for five days. Please review with the above reports.
