What Causes Ulcers On Lips And Under Tongue?

I have really sore mouth ulscers on my lips under my tounge and and on my gums they are bad and i was given thrush treatment for two weeks but they havnt gone away every morning i have more new ones when the others have barley healed doctor took blood tests but came back clear! Iv had them now for 6 weeks and struggle to eat even with mouth spray from doctor .what could be causing them ?

Read your query as you have ulcers on lips and under tongue this can be due to nutritional deficiency , vitamin B 12 deficiency , Drug induced , hormonal influences , or stress induced .
For this I will suggest you to take vitamin B supplements by consulting with your local doctor and you can apply ointment like Mucopain or Mugel on ulcers .
