What Causes Ulcer On Vulva?

I had an ulcer located in my vula and I wanted to know what could of caused that. I have only been with 2 guys in the last 10 years I cannot believe it can be an STD since my boyfriend and I have been dating for the last 4 yrs and I know he has not been with another woman.

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that this could be a fungal infection and the possibility of fungal sexually transmitted disease is unlikely I would suggest you to apply "Povidone oint" if the symptom does not improved then clinical examination is must, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
