What Causes Ulcer Below The Penis And On The Scrotum?

Hi, I m 22 years old male, uncircumstised and virgin. I m having a sore/ulcer (don t know what exactly it is) below my penis and also one on my scrotum. I noticed it today in the morning. I m using antiseptic to wash it and a couple of hours ago I squeezed out the yellow liquid/pus from it and now its a bit painfull and swelled. I want to know how should I treat it at home. Please help me. I also forgot to tell you that since a couple of weeks my scrotum s skin and the place below the penis were red because of itching.

Dear thanks for the question

Most probably you have got infection on your penis and scrotum. Explanation you have given suggests that you have infection which started at root of hair (red, painful) and has now resulted in to ulcer. You need to take a course of antibiotic(amocacillin 500mg three times a day for three days) and pain killers. Also keep the site clean as you have been doing.

In case of non recovery in 3 days please visit a skin and VD specialist in your area.
