What Causes Typhoid Infection Despite Having Taken Typhoid Vaccination?

Hello doctor.. my daughter is 15 n has been running fever for the past 5days along with shivering.. today has been diagnosed typhoid... doctor has prescribed Ceformed CV 325 and calpol 500 along with ofloxin 200mg as there are 4-6 pus cells in the urine.. pls advise as she has already been vaccinated against typhoid already

First of all be clear that typhoid vaccination is not 100% effective...

With the time pass effectiveness of vaccine also decreases...

So revaccination recommended at every three year for typhoid vaccine

Complete course of antibiotic for typhoid

Take Small meal with frequent interval

Boiled chicken, egg white, protein food will be beneficial

Avoid high fatty meals

Fruits juice more
