What Causes Twitching Of The Eyes?

I have had a retina detachment where the Drs lasered it back and is fine. I just fell and lightly bumped my face on concrete just below my other eye. The eye that I had lasered is periodically twitching now. So far there is no change in my vision except the twitching. Is this something to be concerned about?

twitching is a tick but in your case in can be anxiety neurosis. control anxiety and yoga meditation may help you. consult naturopath expert for counselling.
