    What causes twitching of fingers and legs?

i have continued twitching in my finger as well as my legs and arms and face. it is sometimes worse then other times. i also have pain in my muscles for years also sometimes worse from day to day. sometimes the pain and twitching is just so disruptive and hard to tolerate. any ideas besides fibromyalgia?

hi..i read ur case thouroughly and understands ur concern..
ur symptoms of twitching and muscles pain suggests that u r having calcium deficieny or vit d deficiency..
i would recommend u to do ur serum vit d level and serum calcium levels.take daily atleast one glass of milk.
take supplements with calcium and vitamin d.
