General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for choosing HCM for your query.
I appreciate your concern for the frequent twitching of your eyes.

This is due to abnormal contraction of the muscles of the eyelids referred to as Blephrospasm.

You are advised to visit an ophthalmologist for proper examination and possible use of Botulinum toxin an approved treatment for blepharospasm
The injection is usually given on the eyelid, the brow, and the muscles under the lower lid.
It will about 1 - 14 days after the treatment to get the benefit of it which can last for an average of three to four months.
Other modalities of treatment include oral benzotropine or baclofen tablets.

Hope your query is being answered.
Your rating of this question is highly appreciated if you are convinced.
