What Causes Twitching In The Eye And Severe Headache?

Had twitching below left eye then eventually both and sometimes in other areas of face. Twittching stopped but now I m getting long lasting dull headaches + ice pick headaches, and it is sore if I touch just above my eyebrow. I had a CT scan and I don t have sinus infection, so why the random aches in parts of my face and head?

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you are mostly having migraine like headache.
No need to worry for major brain pathology as your CT scan is normal.
Follow these steps for better symptomatic relief in migraine.
1. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
2. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
3. Avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid junk food.
4. Avoid fasting and take your meals timely.
5. Take sound sleep of 6-8 hours.
6. Take combination of propranolol and flunarizine at night time before sleep.
Don't worry, you will be alright if all these.. Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
