What causes twitching in eyes?

Hi.i am 35 years of age and recently given birth,4 months ago to be precise.it is my third child and all of them its c section.Now my problem is i have this twiching on my eye and my middle toe of the right foot and i feel like needles under my right foot and vibrating on my left thigh..can it be something major

Hello and thanks for your question. Twitching, pinprick feelings and vibratory sensations can come from many causes. Not drinking enough water and not having adequate vitamins are common causes. Make sure that you are drinking plenty of water and take a multivitamin/multimineral supplement daily. Avoid caffeine, alcohol and nicotine. If this does not resolve the problem, see your doctor for an exam and blood tests to help determine the cause.
