What Causes Twitching In Both Calf Muscles?

Hello ~ I m a woman 64 years of age .. I have constant twitching in both my legs in the calf muscles !! I m being treated for osteoarthritis and just finished my 3rd Eufflexa injection in both knees .. the twitching and sense of pin picks in both legs is increasingly worse
