What Causes Twitching And Pulsations On The Vein In The Left Ankle?

My vein in my left ankle is twitching ando pulsating..In addition to this Iv had migraine on my left temple.. protruding veins in my left temple..and some tingling in my head with the migraine..I also have bradycardia in the 40 s...undiagnosed underlying cause of that..should I be concerned about my vein in the ankle?
